These workshop units provide a versatile and functional space for small business operations. These units are ideal for artisans, small manufacturers, or businesses needing a dedicated area for production or storage. 

With ample vertical and horizontal space, they can accommodate equipment, workbenches, and inventory, ensuring your business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Once off $210 Payment includes:

  • $200 – Refundable Deposit (conditions apply)


Monthly Fees:

  • $45 Levy plus power used.


Notice Period:

  • We require one months’ notice on our workshop Units.
  • The contracts are rolling month to month.
  • Refunds will include your deposit paid and the pro rata rate of the month paid.
  • This is all dependent on the unit being left clean, with no damage and all keys returned.
