Notice Period

Unlike many storage providers, we only require one week’s notice to end your self‑storage agreement. Our contracts are flexible, making them suitable for both short‑term and long‑term storage needs.

Upon vacating, refunds will include your deposit and the pro‑rata portion of any prepaid month, provided the unit is returned clean, undamaged, and in its original condition.

WorkStore – Policies

  • Goods are stored entirely at the tenant’s own risk. WorkStore does not insure any items stored on site.
  • Prohibited items: No hazardous, illegal, stolen, inflammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, or perishable goods may be stored under any circumstances.
  • Payments: All rental payments must be made in advance at all times in accordance with your contract.
  • Permitted use: Units are to be used strictly for storage and/or approved business storage as outlined in your agreement. Living, sleeping, or carrying out any unapproved activity inside the unit is strictly prohibited.
  • Access restrictions: Tenants may be refused access to the site if their account is overdue.
  • Communication: All communication regarding the status of your account, including overdue notices, will be issued via email or letter.

  • $200 – Refundable Deposit (conditions apply)


Monthly Fees:

  • $45 Levy plus power used.


Notice Period:

  • We require one months’ notice on our workshop Units.
  • The contracts are rolling month to month.
  • Refunds will include your deposit paid and the pro rata rate of the month paid.
  • This is all dependent on the unit being left clean, with no damage and all keys returned.
