A refundable deposit will be charged when you move into a Unit. If we find the Unit tidy and clean with no damage, then this is refundable when you move out.
Units can be prebooked for a maximum of 10 Days.
As a tenant you can access the site and your Unit 24/7. There are no restrictions on how often you can access your Unit. This includes Public Holidays.
No, we recommend you self-insure the contents of your Unit, as per contract stipulations.
You can update your personal details and those of your Emergency Contact in the office or send us an email with the new details. We don’t hold any financial details.
You’re responsible for moving your belongings into the Unit. Trailer hire is available, and trolleys can be collected from the office.
Forklift hire for those heavy items is available during office hours @ $25 per 15 minutes.
See the dream team ladies in the office to complete a contract and pay the first month’s Rent, Deposit and Admin Fee. Make sure you have a padlock to secure the Unit. Ensure you have your Gate access code. This all takes as little as 15 Minutes.
The first month’s rent is taken care of when you sign the storage contract. Each month you will receive an invoice, 7 days before the next month’s rent is due. Cash, EFTPOS, Bank Transfer are all methods to settle the Fees.
No, our Units are not temperature-controlled. We only allow sealed, bottled or canned goods.

Access will be restricted if the account is more than 14 Days in arrears. Further actions apply for nonpayment of account as per the contract stipulations.
The remaining balance paid after the notice period and the deposit will be refunded to your nominated bank account. Conditionally that the Unit was left clean and with no damage.
This is an outdoor space that is commonly used for vehicle parking.
